This policy explains what personal data Indian Home Art W.L.L. ("we", "us") collects through indianhomeartkw.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by Kuwait's Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA).

What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, mobile number, optional email address, optional piece reference and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
WhatsApp: if you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave our website and start a chat in WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled by our sales team and by WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the website securely and to block abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
Preferences: your language, colour theme and cookie choices are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them. See our Cookie Policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not collect more than we need to answer you. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Who receives your data
Contact-form messages are delivered to our team by email through Cloudflare (website hosting and email routing) and Google (our email provider). These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside Kuwait with appropriate safeguards.
We may disclose data where required by Kuwaiti law or a competent authority.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for a sale, warranty or legal reason. Security logs held by Cloudflare are kept only for a short period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@indianhomeartkw.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact CITRA.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
